I knew after my initial meeting with Lily that we made the right decision. Her knowledge of the real estate market in Southern California (and specifically the fountain valley, hb area) is truly second to none. Her commitment to effective communication really stood out to me. Not a detail was overlooked, not a second was wasted. There’s a reason why she’s rated number one. She’s efficient, she knows what she’s doing, she has a great understanding of the housing market and what makes buyers/sellers tick and she gets the best deal for her clients. She just happened to represent us as sellers and let’s just say that over the course of a week or even slightly less, she was able to obtain close to 30 offers on our property and it ended up selling for substantially over the listing price. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy property. She always placed our wants and desires first and spent the time necessary to figure out what was most important to us. 5/5 stars. There’s no one better.
