Lily Campbell and Kim Le at the First Team Real Estate are the best agents ever, they are both true professionals that care about their clients. We met Kim during one of her open houses and we were just browsing around looking at open houses, not really sure nor convinced that we were ready to buy let alone sell.
Kim made our experience very comfortable, we didn’t feel pressured nor rushed at any point. She was on top of everything and was extraordinarily diligent about reminding us about timelines, dates, details and if we were unsure of something she made us feel very comfortable about asking for more details.
Our situation wasn’t the easiest, Kim and Lily were very supportive and patient with us along the way. The most noticeable difference in agent services was that they really put up a fight in our behalf when it was due. I had worked with several agents in the past and didn’t ever feel like I was ready and once we started working with Kim and Lily I immediately felt much more comfortable with the decision. Additionally, now that we have made the plunge I am confident they were the difference in making us feel like we could go forward now…
They were extremely resourceful, they consistently were able to help us with a variety of options to choose from on just about everything. They had lender options, services reps, you name it and they had a resource. I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for all of their help I don’t think we would have made it, we would have likely given up midstream.
We listened to Lily’s recommendations and they have planned out quite nicely, we sold quickly, had a very quick close and even though we ran into a bit of a snafu on closing on our new home we made it… it’s been a week in our new home that’s to the Lily Campbell Team!!!
I will close with saying that many of my friends and family felt like we paid a pretty hefty commission but we chose to… We were not pressured into it, it wasn’t a fee based service, we had the option to pay what we felt was right. I made the decision to not be a cheapskate and I wanted to pay them for their services well rendered …. they earned every penny if it!!
