Terri and William | 17836 Oak St, Fountain Valley

We lost my uncle and didn’t know what we were walking into. We were dreading handling my uncle’s estate, we live in Michigan and are far from his house in Fountain Valley. My uncle’s friend who sold his house through lily many years ago recommend her. After meeting her, we were able to put our minds at ease, let her take over, and were back in Michigan days sooner than we expected. She and her team made every part of this transaction wonderful. The house was a horrible mess and Lily and her team did a great job in very little time. They did so many showings and sold the house in less than a week and for more than we expected. I have never seen a more professional, pleasant, and hardworking team. I totally understand why Lily is #1. She does what she promises and more. She lived up to her #1 rating and so much more  Lily is amazing. Her reputation preceded her. I owe her a huge debt of gratitude.
