Lily and her team are the best! I came to an open house and was greeted by Lanh Vu who happened to be the listing agent. He showed me the house and was very friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process from the start of buying a home to the end. After the home inspector missed some major issues with the house which would have cost me $2000 he was able to work with the insurance company in providing most of the cost. Not only was he knowledgeable the most important factor to me was communication! Everytime I called him he would follow up and always provided updates.
