This is my very first Yelp review and I need to tell you that The Lily Campbell Team is nothing short of amazing! Truly! We could NOT HAVE SOLD OUR HOME WITHOUT HER HELP! I don't say that lightly! We have purchased a few homes in the last few years and the difference in their style compared to other agents is like night and day. She and especially her co-agent, Michelle Serrano were a god send. From the very beginning and through the whole process, they kept us up to date and communicated everything that was happening and what was going to happen. We worked with Lily and Cabot on selling a rental property in Huntington Beach and they were awesome to work with! The property needed quite a few repairs and termite work to get ready and they were instrumental in not only finding the right contractors (they had an already established "ecosystem" of professionals to draw from), but also coordinating the work and making sure we didn't spend more than we had to. After everything was ready, they helped stage the property and make it look really nice. Their knowledge of the area and the local market was very useful as well. The sale process went quick and smoothly. Overall a great experience!

Lily did a fabulous job staging and marketing our home. She was able to price it well, and guided us through the negotiation process. Her team is phenomenal. Cabot in particular is very friendly and personable. He was able to coordinate all the repairs needed to have the house ready for the market. He went above and beyond, meeting contractors at the house, coordinating and supervising repairs. This team certainly deserves their #1 rating in Fountain Valley. Lily and Cabot make a great team, and I would highly recommend to anyone.
