From Lily’s sales pitch asking us to choose her as a realtor all the way through to the close of escrow and even afterward, I noticed 2 things about Lily. She loves what she does, especially the creative decisions she must make, and she loves serving her clients.
We felt so well taken care of. Lily wanted us to understand each decision she made and why she made it. Before acting on her decision, Lily would then want to know if we were ok with what she decided. Lily or Cabot Harvey, a great realtor at First Team who she selected to help with the sale of our home, would always respond to any concern of ours, big or small, within hours.
Of course, much that happened once our home was on the market took place behind the scenes. Whatever took place could not have resulted in a better result for us. I have to believe that Lily’s heartfelt devotion to her work and us, her clients, contributed to this wonderful result.
