The best part of the transaction with Lily and Michelle was the overall efficiency of the process. They made the preparation for selling the home run very smoothly. Lily’s aggressive nature, experience, and her understanding of the local market was what convinced me to work with her and her team. We felt like we would be working with a very competent team. The process was smooth and of course quick having an all cash transaction. We felt the selling price was very close to the high end of our expected range. Lily and Michelle are a very good team and were easy to work with. Bottom line is we felt comfortable leaving things in their hands to complete the transaction. I will mention them to any friend who in the future discusses selling with me.
