Lily and Lanh regularly apprised me of details of the sale regularly. Lanh helped with physical labor that I was unable to do to prepare the house for sale. At her fingertips, Lily had access to vendors (painters, glazers, carpet and window cleaners, etc) who were good people to help with making the house more attractive for sale. I enjoyed working with them both tremendously.
