Where to begin. I had no idea what to do, where to start, or what to expect during this process of selling my home. Then a friend introduced me to Lily and Cabot. Thankfully so. Lily went above and beyond what anyone would ever expect from their realtor. Heart of gold! They were so kind and patient with me. Explained the process along with repeating each step as we proceeded. It’s a lot to absorb all at once. They were so helpful in making everything just right!! Once I was ready the whole process was over under a month amazingly. I was pleasantly surprised. Lily and Cabot worked hard to represent and facilitate the best outcome for me. They did well! I received many offers, most of which were well above asking price. I am very satisfied with my final decision. I would most definitely work with Lily and Cabot in the future.
