We couldn’t be any happier after selecting Lily Campbell and Kate Le to list our Mom’s home in Fountain Valley. The main reasons for picking their team are because of Lily’s impressive results (the top realtor in our area 22 years in a row) and her aggressiveness in pitching her team to us.
Once selected, Lily and Kate presented their plan for listing the house, guided us through the process of how to prep the house, even sent cleaning crew to clean up the entire house too. Things were happening rapidly, promptly and we loved it.
Lily and Kate always kept us up to date by text/email/call. They vetted all offers and recommended us on what to do. They constantly working behind the scene contacting buyer agents, escrow company. They definitely put in a lot of time and effort and took care of many tedious tasks along the way. The big bonus is they have a huge pipeline of potential buyers from agents within First Team in addition to agents from other real estate agencies.
Within a week we got so many offers so we countered them. 2 days later, we got many nicer and higher offers. We accepted an offer that was a LOT higher than the asking price and closed escrow within 10 days. Superfast! We were elated!
The whole process from listing to closing of escrow was very professional, caring, efficient, fast and super easy because they’ve been there, done that so many times and got the whole routine down to a science. Lily and Kate are very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and know our area like the back of their hand.
