We hired Lily to sell out house because she knows our neighborhood. We also had a contingency that we needed a 6month rent back. She told us that may be hard but she came up with a plan. She asked that we do some minor improvement before we started showing the house and explained why the improvements where needed to help sell the house. She priced the house on the high end of our expectations and explained why we should ask that price. The house sold in 2 weeks after we started showing it for essentially the asking price and with contingency of rent back. She kept us informed every step of the sales process. Strickly Staging came in and did an absolutely beautiful job. The house looked like a model home, and of course, Lily negotiated a great price. Now for the best part. With Lily's stellar reputation, great marketing, and #1 top seller ranking for Fountain Valley, we were expecting amazing results, and boy, did she and Michelle deliver! The sale price far exceeded our expectations, and the house sold the very first weekend it was on the market! And all of this during a pandemic.
